Newly created group not showing in the user and group address book inside survey Collaborate | XM Community

Hi,

I created a new group and added few of current users into it. Then I went to a survey I created in order to share the survey with the group. However, I can’t see the group in the list of groups and users in Collaborate screen. I looked in the User and Group Address Book and it still not showing the newly created group. I created another group and it also does not show. 

Does anyone has an idea why this is happening?

That sounds unusual. Have you checked the permissions in the Admin section for the Group that you created? Make sure that the correct ones are enabled; see the screen shot below. If they are and you still don’t find the group in your address book, I would suggest contacting Qualtrics Support for help.

 


You need to wait for sometime many time this take bit time, if this doesnt work try logging off and login again this should solve the problem.
