Good Day
I am trying to export the data for a report. I can see the data when I look at Data & Analysis and I even ran a report. However, when I go to "Export & Import" then "Export Data" then select "Excel" changing no fields in the next window and then click download... The download runs...When I go to my "Downloads" on the computer, it says that my folder is empty. I click on another folder on my computer then come back to downloads, there is the folder (compressed).. When I uncompress, nothing..HELP PLEASE!

Hi tolucas ,
When you download the data, what options do you have checked/unchecked? I wonder if your computer has an issue with zip files.
If you haven't already, try downloading again, with the highlighted options matched as shown below.

    I am trying to download with excel. Should I use CSV?
