Hi All,

I’m trying to create a crosstab but it flags a “Not supported” error. The cross tab consists of a question column with three items (A, B and C for now) and Rows which is a question where users selected items that were not important to very important for them.
 

I’m trying to create a crosstab with a matrix question and when I drag the question into the row, it displays all the items in that question in the crosstab but I get the error. However, if I drag each individual question element into the row separately, then it works. The problem with this approach is that it’s going to take quite a while to get the whole data. 

Is there a way I can display the entire crosstab for the question?
