I just found out that one of my survey distributions failed -- a month ago. I didn't receive a notification and only discovered the error when someone who was supposed to have received the survey mentioned she never had. I asked Qualtrics support and they said that there is no way to be notified of an error outside of Qualtrics. You can only find out by going into the specific distribution and checking it.
Since Qualtrics tends to make so, so many things possible if you can just figure out the processes, I am flabbergasted that I can't get emailed notifications of errors. Has anyone found a work around? Some way to find out something went wrong without actively seeking it or waiting for a respondent to complain?
