Hi all,
I'm launching a pop-up survey in numerous languages and developing a workflow to forward select customer text responses to a Slack Channel.
While I understand translations can't precede sending feedback to the channel, I'm facing challenges in filtering out "trash" feedback containing words like 1. "nothing," 2. "none," or 3. "no"; plus the classic 4. “--”, 5. “.” and 6. empty responses. With the surveys live in 6+ countries and expanding, is there a more efficient method than setting 6+ conditions x 25+ languages x n questions each time I want to send new survey text feedback to Slack? Perhaps a more sophisticated approach like using boolean queries?
Any feedback/recommendation/insight will be really appreciated.
Thank you!
