Hi All, 

I have workflows setup (responses) which goes to specific people when respondents have completed the survey. Now for partial responses even if they are blank have been setup to be recorded after 3 months and these responses go to the individuals involved as well via email. Is it possible to create a workflow that prevents partial responses from being sent to the individuals involved? 

The survey is about specific projects and the responses are sent to the individuals in the project.

You can add conditions in your workflows based on the “Finished” field.

Finished Surveys respondents finished all the way to clicking the last Next button are 1. Responses in progress that were never submitted and eventually became recorded or closed are 0.

There is an option that says “include incomplete responses” in the workflow, unchecking that should do right? or I’ll need to create a new workflow with those conditions? can I edit the current one? 

Also apologies, not quite sure where those conditions should be added? I don’t see an option unless its a code?
