PDF response summary broken? | XM Community

Good morning!
I have a survey with the Response Summary option open and it had been working just fine until now. When the survey ends, respondents can click the Download PDF button, open or save the PDF file of their responses.
Except now we are getting this warning:

  • saving it/downloading it and then reopening it

  • trying to open it with Adobe Reader v Adobe Acrobat 2020

  • recreated a new survey with the Response Summary option set up (the original survey was at least a year old)

nothing has worked.
Anybody experience the same thing or run into this issue? Thank you!

I have about 8 surveys currently in the field that use EOS response summaries and I'm not hearing any reports like this. I had one report a problem yesterday that the PDF wouldn't download, but I could not replicate the issue when I used their survey link. The PDF opened up just fine in my browser and in Acrobat, so it must have been a browser or internet issue on their end. I would ask Qualtrics Support to look into this because it seems that something may have gone awry in your survey.


MatthewM okay, will do! Thanks! I wonder if it's just some intermittent glitch that will self-resolve. I think I'll tell the client to keep her eye on it and we'll see what's what.
