I realize that I accidentally deleted a project and its data like almost two years ago (I mixed the title between the testing version and the final official version). I only figure this out when backing up my data today. I know the brand administrator can recover a deleted project, but does this apply to deletions back to 2-3 years ago? Would it be permanently deleted after a certain period or something (I read Qualtrics support and there seems to be a 90-day policy)?
I contacted my administrator for a few times but got no replies so far. Just wondering if I should keep following up. I will let it go if it’s definitely impossible to recover something that has been deleted 2 years ago :(.
