Pipelining and changing date | XM Community

Hello!

I’m trying to find a way to manipulate the participant’s inputted date (using the Calendar & Date Questions from the Demographic Library) by displaying a different date in a subsequent question. I would like to do this so I can see what types of activities they have done in the past couple days leading to the inputted date.

For example, if a participant inputted the date t08/01/2023] in a prior question, I would like the next question to display something similar to the following: “On 07/25/2023, did you do any of the following activities?..”. Basically, I want to change the inputted date to an older date.

I’m not familiar with the Qualtrics XM survey designer and the JavaScript, so any type of guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i think flatpickr is only option to manipulate the dates

I would suggest please implement some embedded fields and calculate dated and on the basis of those fields you can use for piping the dates. Please refer to the below link.
