We are working on a survey and were wondering if it is possible to place a marker on an image and record the response?We have a survey, the Brief Pain Inventory, that was intended to be taken on paper and the participant marks where on the body they experience pain, seen here:Is it possible to create an image map and record the response of the participant, or link an area to a response option?Thank you!

We ended up trying the heat map, we were concerned because we wanted to get really granular with the regions but editing the shapes allowed us to break it up into smaller regions. Thank you!
