Hello Qualtrics Community,
I am looking for advice on whether it’s possible to prevent duplicate submissions from respondents who might be using the same computer.
We are sending out a survey via email and flyer to directors at community centers, who will be tasked with distributing them to participants who use the centers. The email will have a link to the survey and the flyer will have a QR code. Participants will be paid at the end of the survey through a link that directs them to a new survey to input their email addresses so that their identity is completely separate from their survey responses.
I am trying to prevent duplicate responses, and have looked into Qualtrics’ “prevent multiple submissions” and Relevant ID’s duplicate score features to disallow multiple responses, but the issue I’m running into is that some respondents may be taking the survey on computers provided at the centers, while others will take them on their phone. The issue with preventing duplicates is that different people taking the survey on one computer will not be able to do so because they will be screened as duplicates.
Is there any possible solution to this?
Thanks!
