Good morning everyone,

I created a survey for a Van Westendorp type pricing study. It is a guided survey, because the results are processed by the platform and shown as a report.
However, my need is to create a dashboard for data visualization.
Does anyone know how to create a dashboard that is able to show the data that is the result of a Van Westendorp pricing study?

Thank you in advance,

Carlo

@cmagg You can create dashboard and add the pricing study survey rawdata in as normal Mapping CX Dashboard Data (qualtrics.com) but I suggest you not to because:

  1. Dashboard is for monitoring, report is for reporting. This kind of study is not something that you gonna run for a long time.
  2. You have to make all the calculation & set-up by your own (this include alot of things like sorting, calculate the cumulative percentage for 4 pricing line, set up X-axis price range...etc….). Things that you still have to do calculation in outside platform/tools because Qualtrics is not made for this
  3. Van Westendorp’s Price Sensitivity only need a line chart, there’s no need for all of those step just to show it on a dashboard.

I guess that you want dashboard for some of the feature, tell me what it is and maybe we can figure out a way to solve this
