Hi there, aligned with our Digital Transformation program (based on Gartner methodology) we´ve build 9 groups based on digital competencies (working on agile methodology): 1- Digital Business Strategy and Execution; 2- Customer Experience Management; 3- Digital Product/service design; 4- Infonomics; 5- Digital Channels and Ecosystem; 6 - Business Model Agility; 7- Innovation Culture; 8- Digital Leadership and 9- Digital Workplace.
In the case of "3- Digital Product/service design" we´re starting to think about how to measure our progress in order to be more Digital mature Organization, based on Products.😀
Here is the question: Does anyone used Product KPIs? any sugestion? any starting point?
