QR code issue

The QR code for my survey was created in preview mode. I have since updated the survey and published it, but the QR code takes me to the pre-published version of the survey. How do I get the QR code to update to the published survey?

See if this helps

 

Qtip: If you’re testing your survey with the anonymous link and you don’t see your edits after publishing your survey, chances are the old version of your survey is cached on your browser. Try clearing your browser’s cache or opening the survey in a new browser. For more information on testing with the anonymous link, read the Testing/Editing Active Surveys page.

It sounds like the QR code is still referencing the old preview version of your survey. To update it to the published version, you'll need to generate a new QR code using the link to the published survey. This new QR code will direct users to the updated and published version of your survey.
