Qualtrics Business Continuity Plan

Hi,
Does anyone know what Qualtrics offer in terms of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in the event of system failures. Is there a DR (Disaster Recovery site / region) and what are the RTO (Return To Operation) and RPO (Recovery Point Objectives) for the system?

Hi there, I found some of that information online on page 6 of the Qualtrics Security White Paper Lite, though the version is from 2018.

A better bet is to reach out to Qualtrics Support or your Account Executive for a more up to date version.
