Hi there

Been using Qualtrics for a few years and tend to report survey results in Qx dashboards. Doing the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Capstone training course - in section 5 and 6 you are asked to create a new project based on a pre-existing template, and upload some survey data into it. It includes CSAT questions with a scale of ‘Extremely dissatisfied (1) ↔️ Extremely satisfied (5)’ in it.

It then asks you to present, in the results tab, a gauge chart widget that takes the average CSAT score of one of the questions. The question does not show up as a field in the Average Metric drop down, because it’s not set as a number set question.

Per the qualtrics documentation, the gauge chart can only use an average function on number set questions, so I’m wondering if the course misses a step here or if I am missing something obvious that would allow me to calculate the average CSAT score. I would normally do this setting of the field type within the dashboard settings of a dashboard, but cannot do this in the results tab of a survey project, i think?
