Hi Everyone,

I've been exploring Qualtrics recently and encountered a minor challenge. I'm curious if it's feasible to implement segmentation within a survey without applying it to the entire customer base.

Specifically, I'm interested in utilizing our customer database to create a segmented audience and then employing that segment as the target audience for a survey within Qualtrics.

Does anyone have experience or insights into this process? I'm keen to understand the feasibility and best practices associated with targeting a specific customer segment in Qualtrics surveys.

We can add a common identifier embedded data in the sengments list and then use this embedded data as the branch logic.
