More and more internal business units are adopting Perceptyx instead of Qualtrics as its internal survey platform. What do you guys think? Qualtrics or Perceptyx?

I don't know a lot about Perceptyx, but some of my colleagues think it is better. My impression is that it may be easier to use. Does anyone know how it compares as far as text analytics and action planning?
