I am looking for some guidance on how to incorporate Mobile Messages to be sent after a visit to the hospital as part of a field study for the UN. Specifically, I want to randomise each participant in 1 of 3 conditions and trigger a SMS to their phone after they have come to the hospital for the medication.

If the assignment is random and not dependent on any logic then we can use randomization option to assign a condition out of 3.
Thank you - I should have been clearer. I know how to use a Randomizer. I am looking for a way to upload an excel sheet, then the phone numbers have to be randomised to 3 conditions. In each condition, it has to trigger an SMS (the message is slightly different in each condition). The SMS is basically like a - thank you for visiting the hospital and here is your tracking number <URL>
