New here - have searched the forums but can’t find anything that has worked for me yet. I’m working to a pretty tight deadline so hopefully someone can help! 

I am trying to design a word rating survey in which participants rate words for the extent to which they fit within their respective category.  Participants will be presented with a category, a word, and the option to select, on a scale, ‘how well the word displayed fits into the above category’ (0 = does not fit at all, 10 = fits perfectly). They will also have the option to select ‘I do not know this word’. A total of 100 words (i.e., a random sample of 100 word/category pairs out of approx 1,000, with words shown for their associated category only) need to be rated by each participant. 

e.g.

CATEGORY: IMMORAL

WORD: AWFUL

Please rate on a scale from 1 to 10 the extent to which the word displayed fits into the category. 

I have my data in a CSV file ready to go - the categories are listed in one column, the words associated are listen in the next column.
