Hello from a first time poster!
I’m new to Qualtrics, so please forgive me if these have been answered before (I don’t always find the terminology easy to follow). Have two separate question areas for your collective wisdom please:
Randomising: I will be working with around 30 different teams with varying numbers of individuals per team. I need to ensure that each participant answers a questionnaire about themselves (easy enough), but then I need team managers to be able to add the names of their staff, and then to randomly assigned each member of the team to answer an observer feedback question on ONE other, randomly selected team mate. Everyone will answer the same questions, but with the second question they will only be asked to feedback on one colleague and I’m hoping Qualtrics can do that randomisation. So I guess I have two questions:
- Can Qualtrics do that?
- If it can will I need to create 30 separate surveys (one for each team in the study), or can it be set to multiple teams within one survey?
Reporting: I then have a template report that I want to insert amalgamated scores from each team into, and send back to the participants in each team. (So each participant gets a personalised version of the report that talks about their team scores).
- Is there a way to do that in Qualtrics or in an app that will work with Qualtrics?
- Is there anything I need to know about doing something like this? (Any learning from others experiences would be gratefully received).
Thank you in advance for any advice!
Best wishes,
Nicky
