Re-Order Questions in Data Exports

I've created a survey that needs to have its questions asked in a particular order. However, the results I get from that survey get uploaded to a different platform that requires the question data to be re-ordered.
For example: The survey asks questions in numerical order (Q1, Q2, Q3, etc.) but the second platform requires a different question order (Q2, Q3, Q1, etc.).
Rather than downloading all the data and then manipulating it myself, is there a way to tell the Qualtrics Survey Platform what order I'd prefer the results to export in without having to change the order of the questions in the survey itself?
