Hi,
I have come across a situation where two of the anonymous survey responses on Qualtrics had same IP addresses and psid with different response times. In one of the responses the data seems to be largely empty but I wanted to know the instances as it to how this happened. In what cases can two responses have both psid and IP address to be the same?
Additionally I also wanted to understand if we can unique psid for opening anonymous survey link on two separate devices under the same IP network?

Reasons for same psid
+59As far as I know, psid is a field passed as an argument when you use Qualtrics panel services. If the time between is large, that panelist might have been invited twice. If not, it might have to do with the way your survey is set up for recording partial responses, allowing multiple submissions, etc.
