I am trying to use Qualtrics to get students to pick a time slot for an event. Next to the survey I have set up a workflow that takes the time they have chosen and creates a calendar invite from it. The problem is that Qualtrics doesn’t recognise the answer as a time and instead just sees the value of ‘1’, ‘2’, etc. I cannot seem to find anywhere how to make Qualtrics recognise the actual choice (e.g., 09:00) as a time.

 

I looked into Flatpickr but because students should only get an overview of a few dates and a few times to choose from (at 3 or 15 min intervals), that seems impossible to do with this tool (although I might be missing something?)
