I have an anonymous survey in Qualtrics that I sent to 14 people via email distribution.

When I download the response history, 9 are labelled “Survey Finished”, 2 are labelled “Survey Partially Finished”, 2 are labelled “Survey Started”, and 1 is labelled “Email Opened”.

When I look at the “Data and Responses” tab, I see 10 Recorded Responses and 2 in progress.    Shouldn’t there  be 11 Recorded responses (9 +2)? 

For more context, the survey is still open.  But I set it to record incomplete responses after one week.
