I’m trying redirect respondents that complete the survey in English to an English URL and French respondents to a French URL. Any help would be appreciated.

You can set up separate branches in Survey Flow and if Q_Language = EN, then end of survey redirect will be the English URL, and if Q_Language = FR, then redirect to french URL.
