You can add your organization's logo in the survey by adding it in the “Look and feel”.

However, this is not exactly what I need...

The Look&Feel function allows me to add a logo to the survey,

Whereas I was looking for a way to change the XM logo that appears in the link with my organization's logo (please see below).

Any ideas?

@ShulaGrin , this is realted to your account licence. You should reach to Qualtrics support team for the same.

There is a way to create a vanity domain URL: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/sp-administration/brand-customization-services/vanity-urls/

Then it wouldn’t be interpreted by WhatsApp as the Qualtrics URL.
