+3Hello! We are having some issues with respondents selecting the wrong response option (multiple choice response is negative, but open text comments are positive).
We would like to have a confirmation questions, fox example, customers who selected “Dissatisfied” in Q1, we want to have a following up question asking “Why are you Dissatisfied?”, and having the Q1 response being in the Q2 language, is this possible?

For individuals who indicate they are 'Dissatisfied', you have the option to include a subsequent inquiry. Simply append a fresh question underneath with the altered phrase 'What led to your dissatisfaction?' Implement display logic as 'Q1 - Dissatisfied - is selected' and activate 'In-Page' functionality. Consequently, upon selecting 'Dissatisfied' in Q1, a prompt will emerge, prompting respondents to specify the reasons for their dissatisfaction.
