My org has an automation set up so that when emails are received in inboxes a Jira task gets assigned from that email - here’s the interesting part… On the back end I am not piping in the response ID and on the email that Qualtrics sends out via workflow the response ID is not there
BUT somehow when we are in the Jira task the response ID shows up right after “Forms: Yes.” I’ve tried troubleshooting this by going back into the workflow and deleting any blank spaces after the workflow piped text, and then I even deleted it and added it back in. I’m confused as to why it is not showing on the email we get in the inbox, but it is showing up in Jira as seen below (poor quality screen shot)
*My org does not want to connect Qualtrics to Jira directly so this is my workaround
