For my survey, I am using a Likert scale with 12 items to assess my dependent variable. The scale includes four response options, and the labels for these options vary somewhat between items. Initially, I chose the "Profile" format because it allows for individual customization of the response options for each item. However, I have been advised to consider using the "Standard-Likert" format instead.

It seems that the "Standard-Likert" format does not support the individual customization of response labels for each item.

The only solution I have found so far is to create 12 separate questions within a block, where each question represents one of the 12 items. I am concerned about whether this approach will create significant additional work during data analysis or if it might lead to potential problems. Or do You know any other solutions?
