Hi all, just trying to troubleshoot a possible issue that’s arisen lately with my survey. 

I routinely issue respondents with retake links so they can edit and resubmit their responses, but for a couple lately, the system hasn’t updated (and usual confirmation emails haven’t been triggered) after they have submitted. One of them has sent me a screenshot of the submission page to confirm they did click submit.

The retake links they used to update their responses also appear to still be active, as if they haven’t resubmitted yet.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? It’s never happened before so I’m not sure if something strange is happening at their end, but it’s odd that it’s apparently happened twice now close together for different people. Many thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions!

P.S. just to add that I completed a test response myself, retook it a couple of times, all worked as normal.
