Hi I have made a survey for a university project. When I look at the results so far, any that were multiple choice say 0 responses which I know is not true.
Hello
You might be seeing zero responses because the questions may not have been marked as mandatory and respondents may have skipped them without answering. Additionally, please check if there are any responses in progress.
It would be helpful if you could provide more information or screenshots of what you are referring to. This will allow us to better understand the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
I know that they have definitely been filled in fully by multiple people as I have witnessed it as well as trying one myself. I will include screenshots here. Also the question at the beginning asking gender has an error in the results despite me using the recommended responses.
Thanks
The first attachement shows that you are probably using the wrong graph type.
In the second one, there’s a possibility you have some filters enabled.
Thank you for replying. For the gender one I selected multiple choice and actually used the suggested responses. With the second, do you have any idea how I would disable any filters? And would this mean that those 4 questions will have 0 responses up until now?
Thanks
