I have two instances in which a survey respondent indicates their retake link opens another respondent’s answers. I have confirmed that the retake link is the one listed for their email address but the data saved is apparently not their data. Why might that happen? Is there some way personal links distributed by email could save data under another respondent’s email address?
In case it’s relevant, these retakes are necessary because (I suspect) their organization is blocking cookies on company devices so they’re not able to reopen the survey after it times out.
