In our survey, I believe some of our participants mistakenly received the preview link to the survey instead of the live link. Therefore, some of our data appears without any identifying data (email, name, etc.), which we need. Is there any way to retrieve this data from preview submissions, or is it lost? Thanks for your help.

The preview survey mode in Qualtrics is only for testing and survey and it does not capture information like email addresses or names. Responses via the preview link are not recorded like those from the live survey link, so retrieving identifying data from preview submissions is not possible. So your data is lost.
