Hi friends, I am wondering if it is possible to do the following:
I would like to have qualtrics send out an email one year after participant’s survey completion date (date collected as embedded data). (1) Can I implement this email task retroactively, so that after all participants have been collected, I can program the email task and still have all participants receive an email?

I also plan to collect participants email adresses in a separate survey in order to keep main survey data deidentified. The link between the participants contact information in the separate survey, to their data in the main survey, will be an automatically generated and embedded participant ID. (2) Is it possible to implement the email task based on the date that each participant completes the main survey (embedded data), but using their email address from the separate survey? or vice versa – it doesn’t matter which survey contains the email task, as long as participants are sent the email.
