Hey everyone!
I created a sample questionnaire with 7 questions with each 4 answer options scored from -2, -1 to +1, +2.
Those questions are also categorized into PROSCIs ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). So for example “Desire” is touched by Questions 4 and 7, whereas Questions 2, 5, 6 and 7 touches for example “Knowledge”.
First question: where and how do I capture the average score of those categories of ADKAR?
Second: from the average score of the ADKAR categories I want to display recommendations to the survey owner (Change Manager) for example in the report section. In Excel language that would be a formula for “Desire” like: IF score is between -4 to -2, THEN display “TEXT”, IF score ist between -2 to -0,99, THEN display “TEXT”… and so on and so forth. Where and how can I do that since I do not want to export the file.
