Save/export data from authentificator

Dear community,
I am using a contact field with a contact list trigger in one survey to record the participant identification. In another survey, I am using the authenticator item to check against the contact list which contains the data entered in the first survey. However, the data entered in the authenticator in the second survey does not seem to be saved, e.g. in the Excel output data.
However, I would need to collect the participant identification in the survey so that I can merge the data from the different questionnaires. Is there any possibility to export the identification entered in the authenticator?

alexanderfarr - Yes, it is possible.
You can create text entry questions for the authenticator fields, pipe the response into embedded fields and prefill these embedded fields in the authenticator. This will help you to store the identification information without impacting the user experience.
