Scheduling Reports with pre-set filters? | XM Community

I have a feedback survey where participants select the employee they were helped by for the day. I want to be able to automate reports that filter for A) the past week and 😎 for each employee that can either get sent to them or to me and I can forward it on. Is this possible without a ton of steps I have to do manually?

For an illustration, I would like to see reports like:
Report for Week 1: Employee One --- Shows any feedback left for them the last week.
Report for Week 1: Employee Two --- Shows any feedback left for them the last week
etc...
Currently, I have a trigger set up that sends responses after every completion and then I forward those on every week but that's a lot of work and a lot of emails that I would love to combine.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, what you are describing is possible with the Advanced-Reports.
You can make a different Advanced Report for each employee and for responses gathered in the last 7 days. To do this, I would make a report template and then copy it for however many employees need to receive weekly reports. Then for each report, filter it for an individual employee and also for a survey RecordedDate collected in the last 7 days, like in the below:

Below are the pages on how to set them up:
