Send email with responses in list or excel form

Dear community

I’m using qualtrics for students to fill in a survey 2x, once at the beginning (A) and once at the end of the semester (B).

I am able to automate the sending of an email with their responses after the survey is completed.

Thus after (A) they will receive their responses, and after (B) they will receive their responses.

To facilitate a reflection exercise I would like the responses to be in a table form. I.e. question in column 1, response in column 2. That way it’s easier to compare (A) and (B).

 

Unfortunately the emails generated only provide text/sentence responses, and I’m not able to configure how to provide the responses in a table or excel.

Would anyone be able to help me out on this? Thanks a lot!

We can take this use case as an example and while sending the email for survey B, we can design the required table in the email template and pipe in the respective answers of survey A & B.

This is a great resource for longitudinal surveys/studies. However what will the email look like when sent? Will it place the responses for A and B side by side in a table? 

I’m ok with just one survey and then listing the responses in a table, my students can then copy the results from A and B in an excel and do a comparison.
