I’m looking for a way to send SMS to survey responders after a week. There is an in-built way to send follow-up emails, but not SMS. Is there a way to send follow-up SMS, either from within the platform or by sending a webservice request to Twilio?

One solution would be to use reminders in distributions, however, instead of sending the email to the respondent, you could send it an SES account. If its the first email, forward it to the respondent. If its the reminder, send to the respondent via SMS (for this you’ll need to create workflow that triggers a Lambda function to call the Twilio API).
