Hi Everyone-

I’m working on a sign-up survey. Respondents can select from multiple sessions. When the survey closes, I would like one email to be sent to each session leader with a list of all people who signed up for their session.

The basic email task won’t work, but I was hoping there is a creative solution I haven’t thought of.

Thank you for your ideas.

I’ll make a filter of the session in the Data&Analysis

Use filter to get the data that choose session A

Then set a work flow to automatically SFTP it to a storage of mine with a email of that storage share link to session leader. When the timer go off and survey closed.

Seems like a lot of work, but that the price of automation

@dxconnamnguyen Thank you for that idea. For our use case, that won’t work. There may be up to 50 offerings that may be changing weekly. To set up conditions for each offering each week would be too much.

@jmborzick How about extract all of the result on a storage and the session leader can filter out their own session list. Also using other automated solutions doesn’t seem like a bad idea since I don’t think Qualtrics workflow is suitable for such complex case like 50 offerings changing weekly.

Hi @dxconnamnguyen, that is our backup plan. Our initial thought is to automate an export to a spreadsheet and then create a tab per user with functions to pull the correct values to each tab. We really wanted something pushed to our users. I was fairly confident this couldn’t be done, but I wanted to check.
