I am trying to create a quiz with multiple choice questions. I wish to reveal the answers to user after they have submitted the form. So, the statement would be like:
“ You selected [X], but most users have selected [Y]”.
[X]: The user’s answer
[Y]: The choice that was selected by most of the user
How do I create such questionnaire?

You can make a quiz in Qualtrics with multiple-choice questions and see the answers after submitting. But, showing which answer most people picked in real time isn't easy. To do that, you'd need a more complicated setup. This would include using API calls to get survey data, figuring out the most popular answer and then showing it in the survey.
