Solicit Reviews Question Impacted by Google Cookie Changes | XM Community

Good day!

I’ve noticed that the number of online reviews for my organization has dropped significantly in the last two weeks. We solicit these reviews through a survey we send our clients. 

What I’ve noticed through some testing is that the solicit reviews widget that allows for a Google Review to be done within the survey is no longer working, as it used to. 

They are now being asked if they want to post a review first.

Could this be failing because of Google’s removal of 3rd party cookies from chrome? I’ve been seeing articles, and wonder if anyone else is experiencing these issues using the platform.  

That is a great question, I don’t personally have experience with this, however I know it is something my organization is interested in details about regarding Qualtrics. Following to see if others have experienced impacts.
