Some of the data in my survey were not collected properly

I'm collecting the fourth survey response now. Until then, responses to my remaining surveys, whether I revised or added questions, were collected properly. However, when collecting 3rd survey responses, no response was collected to the last 3 items. Now I'm collecting the fourth survey response by copying the same version of 3rd survey in full and making it as a new project, and the responses are being collected properly. What was the problem with collecting my third survey response? Is there any way to recover this survey response?

    Just a guess, but maybe you didn't publish the 3rd survey after adding the last 3 items.
