Is it possible to display a static text field side by side alongside multiple choice questions?

I’m trying to create a survey that contains multiple choice questions about a long paragraph of text. Rather than displaying the text vertically above the questions and making respondents scroll up to the text and back down to answer the questions, I’d rather have the paragraph of text next to the questions so that participants can see the text as they’re answering the questions without scrolling.

Think, TOEFL-style questions with text on one side and questions on the other (see example below).
