Hello,

 

I’ve been trying to get on a call with ONE person from the Qualtrics team to discuss questions about my active survey and potential monthly billing options for what I’m looking for.

 

The sales team is not responsive. I was supposed to have a “meeting” with a sales rep at 10:00 am PST today and it was a complete no show and my emails ignored.

 

Can I please have help with my account and discuss questions with a real person?

That’s really frustrating. Not that it’s an excuse, but I wonder if the rep was sidetracked due to the X4 Summit occurring this week. 

Unfortunately most members of the XM Community are regular users, not Qualtrics employees, so they won’t be in a position to help with sales questions or lack of response from the Qualtrics team. But perhaps tagging the admins, @Michael_Cooksey or @AmaraW , can amplify this request for you.
