I have raised tickets and nobody is responding at QUALTRICS. Kindly see my email and respond to our concerns.

Hello @Malyen -- Thank you for your post, and apologies for the delay in replying here. 

I looked up your email address in our support system and I am not seeing any tickets associated with this email address you have registered with. Could it be that you filed your tickets using a different email address? I am also not seeing any tickets associated with your brand/org.
