We are getting ready to deploy a survey to our customers. We have a website they log in in addition to an app. In the past we have delivered our surveys via email and sms. I’m wondering is there a way I can deploy via Mobile App SDK, then if they don’t complete within a time frame send them an email and/or an SMS? The catch is I have a ton of embedded data on each of the contacts and so they all need personal links, not an issue with email/sms, but am wondering how this would be done if we were to add in an the option to take the survey on our website/app.
