Hi, one of my customers asked me if Qualtrics supports grey-listing as 9 out of 75 invites bounced and the IT guy asked so.
Any Idea?

+7Dumb question, but he wasn't sending to multiples of the email address, was he? When using Qualtrics distribution, Qualtrics considers any duplicate email address to be spam. The email address is one of four unique identifier fields. Just wanted to check as it's bitten us before, duplicate email addresses.
