Survey Error Messages - "network error occurred" | XM Community

I sent out a survey and some people were able to access it fine, others got a message that said “network error occurred”. The survey was distributed using email and a distribution list via Qualtrics.

 

Can someone let me know what to do?

 

I don’t want to resend the entire email with another link to the entire list.  Any thoughts would be welcomed.

Try sending reminders to that list. If its not working, check the ballot stuffing and survey time limit under survey options.

I don’t know what that means? Sorry, I don’t use qualtrics that much to know the details or ins/outs.


Log into your survey, you can find the distribution lists under distribution tab. 

Select the list which you want to send the reminder.


@wilpr74 Are they not able to take the survey at all or is it „just“ some message which shows up opening the survey link but then it works fine?

Maybe also check the status page to see if there have been any temporary outages for the timestamps reported to you. I would otherwise recommend reaching out to the support. They should be able to further troubleshoot.
